We make all our seasoning blends and rubs in small batches using the highest quality herbs and spices available. These all-organic spice and seasoning blends use many Hawai‘i grown herbs and spices. The salt is from Moloka‘i.We do our own smoking of the salt, in a traditional way, to imbue the salt with flavor.
